HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm that I tested on days when I wore bold red lipstick. It melted into an oil with hand warmth and removed even lingering MAC lipstick; I found the finish clean and less tight without double cleansing.
