Mapo Korean restaurant for beef tripe hot pot: Doonjeong
Doonjeong Hongdae Direct Branch is a Korean restaurant about a five-minute walk from Hongik University Station in Mapo, Seoul. I had Hanwoo gopchang jeongol and soju for dinner; the broth was well balanced, and the beef and tripe were tender. The calm atmosphere and attentive broth refills made for a comfortable meal.
