HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a 100g cleansing balm tested for several days on dehydrated oily skin in Korea. It melted into an oil-like texture and left my skin feeling moisturized, though the blackhead and sebum changes were only my short-term observation.
