Ichigyu Gangnam Sinnonhyeon Branch is a gyukatsu restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, one minute on foot from Sinnonhyeon Station. I visited at weekday lunch opening and grilled the ₩32,000 jumbo gyukatsu on a mini brazier with butter. For crispy striploin gyukatsu in a jumbo size, Ichigyu is the place.
