HEEDA Moist Charcoal Hydrating Cleansing Foam is a low-pH charcoal cleanser that my family and I used in Korea for dry, sensitive-feeling skin. The black formula initially felt unfamiliar, but it foamed quickly and left us with less tightness and little slippery residue after rinsing.
