I suddenly gained a whole 3 kg, you know..? So I’ve been dieting hard lately... (yes, I’m a diet-talk-only person). Okay—let’s make today’s home-café milk tea.

Tear open one sachet of powder~~ and shake every last bit into the cup. It uses natural ingredients rather than flavorings or coloring, so the ingredients themselves feel super clean.. Love it!!!!

It contains erythritol and stevia instead of sugar, and that subtle sweetness is really charming-

You can already sense that rich flavor.. I personally really love Assam tea, so I loved how strong the Assam aroma was.

Honestly, it tastes exactly twice as good mixed with milk, but I didn’t have any milk at home.. So I tried it with water, and it was tasty in its own way? Of course, milk is better.

Water from the purifier, glug glug—I used a slightly smaller amount, 150 ml, because I was adding ice! If you want it hot, add 130 ml and you’ll get to enjoy it nice and rich.

The color was much darker than I expected. The flavor is really rich too, to the point that it’s amazing it has hardly any calories,.

The black tea’s pleasantly bitter, nutty flavor is insane. Did I really make this..??

It has that pleasant bitterness, so it pairs really well with chocolate, too..~~
