NMNH supplement for health management after 40: Laravita NMNH
In short
Laravita NMNH is a once-daily dietary supplement I tried while focusing more on health management after my 40s. I liked not having to take several supplements separately and felt a personal change in overall energy, though I did not confirm this as a direct product effect.

I received this product to try. As I moved past my 40s, I became more interested in health management, so I tried taking Laravita NMNH.

What ingredients are in it?
The product I chose introduced NMNH as its main ingredient. I was interested not only in how it differs from NMN, but also in the additional ingredients included.

The ingredients introduced alongside it were vitamins D3 and K2, trans-resveratrol, quercetin, and fisetin.

Was taking one capsule a day convenient?
Taking one capsule a day was convenient. For me, it was nice not to have to seek out and take several nutrients separately.

How did I feel while taking it?
Personally, I sometimes felt that my overall energy was different from before when I looked in the mirror in the morning or during the afternoon. It felt as if my body was being gently filled with energy, and I had the impression that it might indirectly help with immunity or recovery from fatigue.
However, I did not confirm these feelings as direct benefits or effects of the product itself. The original post also explained that related information was limited to the characteristics of the ingredients and should not be understood as the product's direct benefits or effects.
Did I consider it as a gift for my parents?
After trying it myself, I thought I would like to give it to my parents as well. This does not include an experience of my parents actually taking it; I am only considering it as a gift.
