Blackhead cleansing balm makeup test: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal

How did it remove makeup?

To check its cleansing power, I tested it on red lipstick, waterproof eyeliner, glitter eyeshadow, and concealer on the back of my hand. After lightly rolling the balm a few times, the makeup melted away smoothly.

How did it feel, and what was the finish after cleansing?

It was a melting balm formula that naturally melted with body heat, so it was easy to apply to my face as if massaging it in. After rinsing with lukewarm water, it felt moist and soft rather than oily, and my skin felt less dry.

What skin type did I use it on?

I tend to think of my skin as moisture-deprived oily skin, so I had been looking for a cleansing product that would leave a moist finish without oiliness. This product was introduced as a cleansing balm containing charcoal, and in my use, it was fine for daily cleansing.

Is it simple to use?

I took an appropriate amount into my hand, gently massaged it onto my face, then rinsed with lukewarm water. I used it this way on days when a multi-step cleansing routine felt like too much.
