Whole grilled hairtail at a Hyeopjae Beach restaurant: Onjeong Jorim
Onjeong Jorim Jeju Hyeopjae Branch is a Jeju hairtail stew restaurant directly across from Hyeopjae Beach Parking Lot 2. Four diners ordered two servings of Jeju garlic (manong) hairtail stew and a whole grilled hairtail, plus the 100-won seasoned pork belly on offer. At 15,000 won per serving of stew, Onjeong Jorim is easy on the wallet by Jeju standards, and alternating between the richly seasoned stew and the mild grilled hairtail made the meal.
