Pork80 Jeju Airport Branch is a black pork charcoal grill restaurant in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City, 10 minutes from Jeju Airport. For the final lunch of an unplanned three-day Jeju trip, a couple ordered one 600g plate of nanchuk matdon, ate the staff-grilled pork first with matcha salt and wasabi, then dipped it generously in meljorim (braised anchovy sauce) served instead of the usual meljeot. The charcoal ran hot at Pork80, but the smoke vented sideways and left no smell on their clothes.
