Jeju City black pork BBQ with a meljorim bibimbap finish: Pork80
Pork80 Jeju Airport Branch is a charcoal-grilled black pork restaurant on Noyeon-ro in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City. After trying several black pork restaurants during a three-week stay in Jeju, the writer came for a weekday lunch, had the staff grill the signature nanchukmatdon (2 servings, 70,000 won), and finished the meal by mixing the meljorim (braised anchovies) side dish into a bowl of bibimbap. Pork80 was the most satisfying black pork meal of the whole stay, and the nanchukmatdon is the cut to order.
