Spicy vs. basic shabu-shabu for two, finished with rosé pasta: Shabu
Shabu Torang Jang-an Direct Branch is a shabu-shabu, pasta and risotto restaurant with one-person induction burners in Dongdaemun, Seoul. Two friends ordered spicy shabu (beef brisket 90g) and basic shabu separately, added mixed toppings, then finished the leftover broth with creamy buldak risotto and rosé pasta. The basic broth plus rosé pasta combo was the better match for a spice-shy eater.
