How did I use HEEDA Charcoal Cleansing Balm?

I scooped out an appropriate amount with dry hands, melted it with my body heat, then lightly rolled it over my whole face without applying pressure. Once my makeup had melted, I rinsed it off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
