Chamsutjip is a charcoal-grilled meat restaurant in Naju, Gwangju, opposite Bitgaram Lake Park. My family enjoyed marinated pork ribs, crab and whelk doenjang-jjigae, and naengmyeon by the window. Verdict: the gently smoky sweet-savory ribs made this an excellent family lunch.
