Korean restaurant near Gwangmyeong Cave with big parking lot: Maehwa

Maehwa Gondeurebap Gwangmyeong Bamil Village Branch is a gondeure (mountain thistle) rice set restaurant in Bamil Village, Hain-dong, Gwangmyeong. Visited on a weekday lunch for the spicy stir-fried pork set, the side dishes — doraji (bellflower root) salad, cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew), bean sprout salad — were so generous it felt like two meals. With its own large parking lot for 50+ cars, it's a great stop after Gwangmyeong Cave or for group gatherings.
