Daegu freediving lesson: 2-minute breath hold and 5m dive at N&N
N&N Freediving is a freediving school in Nam-gu, Daegu, and this lesson was held at the Pass Nine diving pool in Buksam, Gumi. The AIDA 1 beginner course at N&N Freediving covered stretching, relaxing, breathing, equalizing and rope descents, building up to a 2-minute breath hold and practice dives at 3m and 5m, with fins, a wetsuit and a snorkeling mask all rented on site. A beginner who used to panic the moment her feet left the bottom finished the day confident enough to enter the sea without a life vest.
