Shellfish grill set for two and abalone porridge: Nampo, Gyodong Daegu
Nampo is an open-air shellfish grill pub in Gyodong, Jung-gu, Daegu. Booking an outdoor table through Naver Reservations, the writer ordered Nampo's grilled shellfish set for two (medium size, with abalone and sea squirt as the seafood picks) and added seafood ramyeon and hangover abalone porridge, though the shabu-shabu kalguksu that comes free with the set made an extra soup dish unnecessary. The food took a while to arrive, but on a cool evening Nampo's outdoor seating was a full five stars.
