Dong Daegu Station cake shop, milk cream not heavy: Siznique
Siznique Shinsegae Department Store Daegu Branch is a seasonal fruit cake shop in Sweet Park on basement level 1 of Shinsegae Department Store Daegu, beside Dong Daegu Station. The honey vanilla fig mini, sold only in September for 35,000 won, was cut open to reveal fig compote in the centre under fresh figs on top, and Siznique's milk cream tasted rich and nutty without the cloying heaviness that sticks in your throat. Siznique's fig cake is worth recommending even to someone who normally dislikes cake because of the cream.
