Pohang mulhoe restaurant with review-event fried squid: Ppwang Mulhoe
Ppwang Mulhoe is a squid mulhoe (spicy chilled raw fish soup) restaurant on Haean-ro, right in front of the sea at Yeongildae Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. On a weekend trip to Pohang, the writer dined alone and ordered the 3-combo mulhoe (squid, flounder and mixed fish sashimi), then added side dishes from the unlimited self-bar along with squid soup, thin wheat noodles and a mini fried squid received through the review event. Between the icy broth, the squid sashimi and the ocean view, Ppwang Mulhoe is worth recommending for a mulhoe lunch.
