Jedam Kalguksu Hyangnam Branch is a seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) restaurant on Pyeong6-gil in Hyangnam-eup, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. For a dad's birthday, the family ordered the spicy seafood kalguksu for four with octopus and baby octopus added plus a seafood pajeon (scallion pancake), picked out all the seafood first, then dropped in kalguksu noodles and sujebi dough flakes to finish. After ten years as regulars, the verdict at Jedam Kalguksu is the best seafood pajeon of their lives, with self-serve geotjeori (fresh kimchi) refills making it an easy family meal.
