Tomato-jang pork belly with blueberry wine, Namyangju: 2002 Witch's
2002 Witch's Arpeggio is a pork belly restaurant beside Myojeoksa Valley in Namyangju, Gyeonggi. Three diners tried two orders of jar-aged tomato-jang pork belly at Shin Ramyun spice level 1, one order of cheese tomato-jang pork belly, crispy-outside-chewy-inside potato pancake, and homemade blueberry wine, eating indoors since the outdoor creekside seats were full. The tomato kimchi side dish was good enough for repeat refills, and the cracker-like potato pancake is a must-order side.
