Divers Barbershop near Gangnam-gu Office Station in Gangnam, Seoul, is a small barbershop run by two barbers. I got a Ga-il cut and a down perm for my curly, puffing side hair in about an hour; it kept volume on top and was easier to manage after washing at home.
