Haehwagaban Lotte Department Store Jungdong Branch is a Japanese ochazuke (tea-poured rice bowl) restaurant on the basement floor of a department store connected to Sinjungdong Station in Bucheon, Gyeonggi. Three friends ordered the eel, salmon, and pollock roe don ochazuke to share, and the salmon bowl — mixed with grilled salmon and toppings — turned out to be the favorite. Eating it first as a rice bowl, then pouring tea over the rest at the end, made for a memorable two-in-one dish.
