Pohang pasta restaurant with sea views: Plan A Restaurant
Plan A Restaurant is a Western restaurant on the fourth floor of a commercial building overlooking Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. My husband and I ate with our two children, sharing chop steak, beef pilaf, carbonara, and spicy broth shrimp spaghetti. The wide table spacing made the meal comfortable, and the carbonara and chop steak suited my taste best.
