HEEDA Jirisan Moist Charcoal Cleansing Balm is a Korean cleansing balm for dehydrated oily skin. I used it to remove makeup and manage sebum with about 30 seconds of gentle rolling. Verdict: it left my skin feeling less tight without a greasy residue.
