Blackhead cleansing balm for oily skin: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal

How did it feel on dehydrated oily skin?

I ran out of cleansing balm, so I tried HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal Cleansing Balm. I have dehydrated oily skin that often feels tight underneath, but after using it, my skin felt less tight than usual.

I liked that even after removing makeup and the buildup from the day, it did not leave an oily or unpleasant residue. Even with my sensitive skin, I could use it with relatively little concern.

How did I manage blackheads and sebum?

I applied the balm to my face, focusing on areas where blackheads bothered me, then rolled it in gently. I rolled it for about 30 seconds, then added water to emulsify it.

Being able to manage sebum and cleanse at the same time was why I wanted to keep using it. Still, blackhead-care results may feel different depending on each person's skin condition and how they use it.

Did it remove heavy makeup well?

I used it to remove color makeup and waterproof products, and it felt like they cleansed away gently as I massaged. After adding water to emulsify it and finishing up, it felt fresh.

What should you know about the contents and use?

When I opened the lid, there was a separate spatula inside, and the product had an inner cover that I removed before use. The guidance recommended using an opened product within 12 months.

Cleansing feels like the start of skincare for me, so I used it while paying attention to both skin tightness and residue after cleansing.
