Octopus bar in Suyeong, Busan: gambas and fried rice, Dari Yeodeolgae
Dari Yeodeolgae is an octopus-focused bar near Suyeong Station in Busan. I stopped by alone during a business trip and ordered octopus gambas and octopus fried rice; the tender, chewy octopus and the garlic oil paired well with the spicy rice. The varied complimentary drinking snacks, including clam soup, were also a welcome part of the meal.
