Jongno Japanese restaurant with butter-grilled gyukatsu: Ichigyu
Ichigyu Gwanghwamun Branch is a Japanese restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, where diners grill sirloin gyukatsu over a tabletop brazier. We ordered the regular and double gyukatsu plus beer, and loved the tender meat even cooked well-done with wasabi. Verdict: a satisfying meal for anyone who wants gyukatsu hot to the last bite.
