Foam cleanser for sensitive combination skin: HEEDA charcoal cleanser

What did I look for with sensitive combination skin?

Because I have acne-prone and sensitive skin, I tend to be careful when choosing cleansing products. Depending on the product, my skin has sometimes felt itchy or looked red, and at times it has seemed as though residue remained after washing.

This time, while looking for a low-pH product, I considered both whether it would be gentle and its ingredients. The inclusion of hyaluronic acid and bamboo charcoal was one of my selection criteria.

How did I use it?

I put an appropriate amount in my hand, lathered it with water, and washed my whole face with a massaging motion. I then rinsed with lukewarm water.

I took care not to get it in my eyes, and because my skin could feel dry after cleansing, I applied moisturizer right away.

How did it feel after use?

I felt that it was not overly burdensome as a daily cleanser. By my standards, having sensitive skin and frequent breakouts that make cleansing products difficult to choose, I was satisfied enough to consider repurchasing it.

However, skin reactions vary from person to person, so if you have sensitive skin, it is best to use it while keeping an eye on your own condition.
