Small tangsuyuk sauce and gochugaru jajangmyeon at Haeundae Chinese
Bueokgan Chinese Marine City Branch is an ocean-view Chinese restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, upstairs from Subyeonchoego Pork Gukbap. The visit covered seafood jjamppong, jajangmyeon, and a small order of black vinegar pork loin tangsuyuk, where the sauce felt a bit light for the amount of meat but tasted clean and smelled no gaminess. Sprinkling gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) over the soft jajangmyeon made it thick and spicy, exactly to taste.
