Namdong ramen restaurant premium set with mixed katsu: Hongdae Gureume
Hongdae Gureume Incheon Nonhyeon Branch is a Japanese restaurant on the 2nd floor of the iFlex Building in Nonhyeon-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. Visiting a friend nearby with a craving for ramen, the writer ordered the premium ramen set's Korean-style spicy ramen and a mixed katsu platter, which came loaded with a spicy broth, crispy katsu, inari sushi, karaage and fruit. Spacious parking and thoughtful touches like hair ties, aprons and phone stands made it an easy, comfortable solo dining spot.
