Samsan, Ulsan Japanese restaurant: gyukatsu set vs steak set, Izawa
Izawa Ulsan The Terrace Garden branch is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of The Terrace Garden building at 231 Samsan-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan. The gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) set and the steki (steak) set were ordered together, seared to taste on a mini tabletop grill and dipped in the two house sauces side by side. Both cuts came out tender, but if only one could be picked at Izawa, it was the steak set.
