Songjeong Dol Jjamppong is a Chinese restaurant in Haeundae, Busan, near Songjeong Beach. Three of us shared a medium nurungji dolpan jajang and mini crunchy tangsuyuk for 38,000 won, enjoying the sauce-soaked noodles and chewy scorched rice at the end. Verdict: A satisfying pairing of rich black bean noodles and crisp tangsuyuk.
