Yangyang café with rainy Namdaecheon views: Cafe Dunchi
Cafe Dunchi is a floating café on the lower Namdaecheon River in Yangyang, Gangwon. My husband and I had a hot sweet potato latte and café latte while watching the rain through the large windows; the electric boat ride was unavailable because of rain and strong winds, but we rested comfortably in the café.
