Ocean-view café in Gangneung for rooftop desserts: Baegya Coffee
Baegya Coffee is a café on Haean-ro in Gangneung, Gangwon, with sea views from its second and third floors, terraces, and rooftop. I shared ice cream, condensed milk pie, longgronggeu, and keurungji with my group; comparing their different textures was enjoyable. The terraces and rooftop were operated as no-kids zones.
