Konkuk University ramen before the 6pm line: motsu ramen at Mentsuru
Mentsuru Children's Grand Park Branch is a ramen restaurant in Gwangjin, Seoul, right in front of Exit 4 of Children's Grand Park Station. Walking in at 5:50pm, we ordered two bowls of motsu ramen (₩15,000) topped with beef intestine at spice level 1, and the intestine, thin-sliced beef brisket and bean sprouts were generous enough that one bowl was a full meal. By 6:20pm the line at Mentsuru ran out the door, and the yuzu pickled radish kept the ramen from feeling heavy to the last bite.
