Jang-an-dong shabu-shabu side platter, peach oolong-ade: Shabu Torang
Shabu Torang Jang-an Direct Branch is a shabu-shabu restaurant with single induction burners on Janghan-ro in Jang-an-dong, Dongdaemun, Seoul. Two diners ordered one basic broth and one spicy broth, added the mixed side platter of tteokbokki rice cake, thick Chinese glass noodles, dumplings and premium fish cake, and finished with the new peach oolong-ade.
