Seolleung Station hangover breakfast gamjatang: Haeseonok
Haeseonok Seolleung Branch is a 40-year-old gamjatang (pork bone stew) and blue crab restaurant in the Eonju-ro 98-gil food alley near Seolleung Station in Gangnam, Seoul. After a heavy night of drinking, the writer and her boyfriend arrived early in the morning and ordered the small gamja jeongol (potato and pork bone hot pot), which came with a spicy, clear broth that never turned heavy and thick meat that slid off the bone. Haeseonok takes both Naver and phone reservations, so it also works for a rushed office lunch or a last-minute team dinner.
