Guui Station Korean BBQ with grilled eggplant and enoki: Ssamchae

Ssamchae Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is an iron-lid and charcoal-grill Korean BBQ restaurant on the first floor of Jayang Hanulchae Verre Building 102, a short walk from exit 4 of Guui Station in Gwangjin, Seoul. The meal started with one serving of pork belly and one of premium beef short rib, then added a second serving of pork belly because the pork belly was so good, plus 8 kinds of wrap greens and grilled eggplant, enoki mushroom and sweet pumpkin from the self-serve zone, ending with fried rice. Meat quality, the free vegetables and the side dishes all satisfied at Ssamchae Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal.
