Isu Station gopchang hotpot with udon noodles: Baekho Yangdaechang
Baekho Yangdaechang is a charcoal-grilled beef intestine restaurant two minutes from Exit 10 of Isu Station in Dongjak, Seoul. Two of us ordered one serving each of gopchang (small intestine) grill and daechang (large intestine) grill plus a gopchang hotpot, and the staff grilled everything over charcoal at the table. The hotpot broth comes with udon noodles and tastes nutty from perilla powder, and the grilled intestines were tender with no gamey smell.
