Gangneung tofu restaurant with in-laws, two sets each: Jeong Eunsuk
Jeong Eunsuk Chodang Sundubu is a Korean restaurant on Nanseolheon-ro in Gangneung that specializes in chodang sundubu (Chodang-style soft tofu). Visiting with the in-laws and a baby, the writer ordered two Chodang tofu table sets and two Chodang deluxe table sets, and the kodari (braised dried pollock) in the deluxe set was seasoned right through the flesh, winning over even a hard-to-please mother-in-law. With a baby chair ready at the table, Jeong Eunsuk Chodang Sundubu made an easy spot for a three-generation family meal.
