Cham Dwaejitgan is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Dujeong-dong, Cheonan, Chungnam, where staff grill black pork five-layer pork belly at the table. I loved pairing the chewy pork with mushroom wasabi, potato slices, minari, steamed egg, and fried rice. Verdict: I would happily come back for the expertly grilled pork and unusual pairings.
