Yeosu izakaya with free side dishes and bokbunja highball: Tsukiya
Tsukiya is a new Japanese-style izakaya on the Hakdong bar street in Yeosu, Gwangju, open daily from 17:00 to 04:00. The order at Tsukiya was half raw beef sashimi and half salmon, which came with complimentary sides of tomato marinade, mochi tofu and garlic-sauce fries, rounded off with a Suntory highball and a bokbunja (Korean black raspberry) highball. A cozy izakaya that works best as a relaxed second stop after dinner.
