Bueokgan Suwan Branch is a European-style brunch restaurant near Sumun Park in Gwangju's Suwan district. Visiting on a weekday lunch to avoid the weekend wait, the writer ordered pastry soup, shrimp anchovy oil pasta and jambon pizza, and dipping the pastry into the sweet pumpkin soup was the highlight. Bueokgan Suwan Branch is worth a return trip for both the food and the forest-themed room.
