Visiting alone on a weekday at 12:30, the writer ordered three dishes — poached-egg ganjajang (black bean noodles), yuringi (crispy chicken in tangy sauce) and beef brisket jjamppong bap (spicy seafood noodle soup over rice) — and the nutty ganjajang mixed with the poached egg and the sharp, citrusy yuringi sauce stood out most. Bueokgan Chinese is worth a stop for a different kind of Chinese meal near the sea.
