I started using it when winter dryness and a dull complexion were concerns. My T-zone gets oily while my U-zone is dry, and because I tend to have lingering blemish marks, I chose it hoping for a clear, luminous glow.

Was the watery texture suitable before makeup?

It was less heavy than I expected and watery enough to run on the back of my hand. It felt like it adhered lightly when applied, and even several layers did not feel burdensome. Even after applying moisturizer and sunscreen, it did not seem to sit on top of the skin or make my makeup pill.
