Cleansing foam for sensitive skin: HEEDA Jirisan Charcoal 150g

How did it feel on sensitive skin?

I tend to get breakouts when I use products that do not suit me, so I looked for a low-pH product and tried this one. I have used it since fall, and even after patting off the water with a towel, my skin felt less tight and more moisturized.

In winter, I would usually reach for a mist or toner pads right after cleansing, but with this product, the dryness felt less noticeable. I was also concerned about dead skin at the time, but personally felt it had improved compared with before.

What are the lather and formula like?

Even a small amount produced a rich lather. The foam particles felt soft, so I used it with a rolling, massage-like motion around the sides of my nose and areas where my pores concerned me.

The black formula was unfamiliar when I first squeezed it out, but it produced white foam. It was described as containing true charcoal, and I used it to wash away makeup and oil.

What about the tube and ease of use?

The 150g tube was easy to dispense with one hand. It also had an inner seal, so I could check the package condition before opening it, and the matte black packaging looked neat on the bathroom counter.

Could family members use it too?

My younger sibling tried it as well and said it did not feel drying. My sibling, who tends to have a lot of acne, said their skin seemed a little calmer after use, but that is a personal impression.
