Seocho Japanese restaurant for spicy mazesoba: Baek Sojeong
Baek Sojeong Nambu Bus Terminal is a Japanese restaurant in Seocho, Seoul, serving tonkatsu and mazesoba near Nambu Bus Terminal Station. I tried the Cheese Katsu 4pcs for ₩13,500 and Karai Mazesoba + Tonkatsu for ₩16,500, finishing the spicy noodles with kelp vinegar and rice mixed into the leftover sauce. Verdict: a fun choice for anyone who wants to enjoy mazesoba in several ways.
