Central Site Yeonnam is a three-floor hand-drip coffee shop on Yeonhui-ro in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul. Arriving with a friend around 8pm after dinner, the writer took a first-floor window table and ordered a washed geisha called Peach Fun and a washed Guatemala Entre Volcanes, smelling the beans and watching the whole brew happen at the bar, alongside a sweet, silky tiramisu. Central Site Yeonnam is an easy Yeonnam-dong recommendation for anyone who wants to see drip coffee made right in front of them.
