Seosan Dongjuk Kalguksu is a clam-and-seafood kalguksu (hand-cut noodle soup) restaurant that recently opened near Yulha Stream in Jangyu, Gimhae. Orders go through a kiosk, and the writer had dongjuk clam kalguksu and the onaksae seafood pancake with a glass of makgeolli, stirring a little cheongyang chili paste from the self-serve bar into the broth for a sharper kick. With a roomy car park and free rice, Seosan Dongjuk Kalguksu suits both a family dinner and a quiet drink after work.
